Amazing Customer Service. The Desk Representative was so kind. The original room we were given wasn’t cleaned , he immediately apologized and gave us another room. The tv in the second room wasn’t working and he came and swapped them out for us. He was very open to communicating when we had a problem. Thank you so much I will definitely be booking again ! OUTSTANDING!!!
I have to share a personal story with you.... it's embarrassing to say but my husband left me alone here and I had nowhere else to go. The owners / managers of this hotel I feel will make sure I'm safe until I leave here. It's been a good place to stay. My room is clean and nicely renovated and towels are always fresh! Patrick and his staff will always be my favorite
Sure the property may be a lesser star rated hotel, but I found it just swell. Especially Dawn who took good care of my mother and myself. She ensured we had an accessible room (first floor) in order for my older mother to easily access. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was especially nice. It looked newly renovated and classy. Dawn was also helpful in receiving extra supplies like towels and such, even having the maintenance man bring a tv remote for mother. Thank you again, Dawn, for providing us a great stay as we passed through Louisiana.
It's not a fancy place, it's a place for a working man. They have a pool, it's not always kept up the best but it's working condition, most places have done away with theirs but this place still has theirs. They changed my bed linen and bed quilt weekly, other places don't do that now days.
